The registration and abstract submission deadlines are:
- Early Bird Registration: by 20 November 2026, 23:59 CET
- Regular Registration: by 28 February 2027, 23:59 CET
- Abstract submission: by 15 December
Registration fees
Master’s and PhD students, and early-career researchers (within three years of completing their degree)
- Early Bird Registration: €50 (VAT included)
- Regular Registration: €70 (VAT included)
Regular Participants
- Early Bird Registration: €80 (VAT included)
- Regular Registration: €100 (VAT included)
The registration fee (VAT included) includes access to all scientific sessions, the conference dinner, two coffee breaks, and conference materials. Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. If applicable, abstract submission will be considered complete once the registration fee has been paid.
