Registration for the meeting will open on 21 September 2026.

The registration deadlines are:

- Early Bird Registration (with or without abstract submission): by 20 November 2026, 23:59 CET

·- Regular Registration (with or without abstract submission): by 31 December 2026, 23:59 CET

·- Registration Only (without abstract submission): by 28 February 2027, 23:59 CET

Master’s and PhD students, and early-career researchers (within three years of completing their degree)

- Regular Registration: €70 (VAT included)
- Registration Only:

The registration fee (VAT included) includes access to all scientific sessions, the conference dinner, two coffee breaks, and conference materials. Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. If applicable, abstract submission will be considered complete once the registration fee has been paid.
